Somatic and Energetic Stress Meditation
Are you currently dealing with stress and anxiety? Do you want to develop and practice tools to manage your stress? This meditation will bring you from the cognitive experience of your stress, to the more centered somatic (physical body) experience, to an energetic release. By the end of the meditation, the goal is for you to feel calmer, more in control, and far more grounded.
