How Our Sadness Can Heal the World

I get very emotional today. I can’t help it. This week has been filled with an internal struggle between the joy of the holidays and the grief over the reality around me. I share why I am feeling so much sadness at the moment, how important this sadness is to feel, and why I am grateful for it. Just a warning, I do tear up a bit, but please don’t see that as a reason to avoid listening. Trust me, the world needs you to feel your sadness.
