Welcome to your What's Your Self-Care Style? quiz!

Life is stressful and most of us don't know how to fill our own cups. Or, if we do, we tend to fill them in response to stress as opposed to thinking of self-care as a preventative measure. Having a regular self-care practice (that is not just in reaction to a crisis or burnout) greatly improves our experience of stress and allows us to authentically be of service to others, especially the ones we love.
