What is coaching?
We all have dreams, goals, and aspirations for ourselves, our career, our family, who we want to be in this world, and how we want to live. Sometimes, however, we feel like there is something in the way of us fulfilling those dreams.
Life coaching is all about you. It is a process of exploring who you really are, your strengths and weaknesses, what brings you joy, how to get the most out of your life, and how to manage the obstacles getting in the way of you achieving what you are truly capable of.
Working with a life coach, you will be listened to, heard, challenged, and believed in. Your whole life will be compassionately received to enable you to learn everything you can about who you are and how to find positive transformation in the areas that mean the most to you.

How is coaching different to psychotherapy?
Coaching is a learning and developmental model, rather than about “fixing issues”. Coaching is also future-oriented and moves towards unleashing your unique desires and potential. Therefore, we will be working towards greater awareness and understanding so that you can make changes that will lead you to your desired outcomes.

Some examples:
- 45 minute, 1:1 coaching calls – a phone call every week or every other week to talk through whatever is most pressing in your life
- 45 minute, coaching walk-and-talks – we meet for a walk and talk as you move your body in the fresh air
- Coaching and meditation combo – include a meditation in your coaching call. The style of meditation will adapt according to what you are working on and what your needs/preferences are
- Coaching and movement combo – include yoga/movement into your coaching session, in-person or virtual.
We can create any combination that you desire.
