How not to lose your s**t this holiday

In this episode I share a few ways that you can keep the joy and not lose your s**t over the next couple weeks. This time of the year is so crazy. There is so much to get done, so many expectations to meet, including and especially the expectation of having to be happy all the time. I mean, its the most wonderful time of the year, right? The tips I give are simple, easy to implement, and can be applied to absolutely any stressful situation, not just a pandemic Christmas.
